Big, comfy room. Nice bathroom. Only thing didn't like was the bedspread (synthetic). Service was excellent. Restaurants were great. Spa was decadent. Highly recommend.
05 Jun 2005 | scasehargroveMandalay Bay is a beautiful Hotel and I enjoyed my stay there over the weekend. Staff are not overly friendly, but rooms are very clean and spacious. Pool areas are magnificent, especially the Mandalay Beach. The only problem was my room was facing the airport which is very close so I was awake alot with aircraft noise. Ask to be moved on the other side of the hotel if you are noise sensative.
05 Jun 2005 | A Yahoo! UserMy wife an I stayed at Mandalay Bay for 5 nights, and absolutely loved it. We spent a lot of time walking the strip and seeing the other hotels, and comparing them to Mandalay Bay. THEY DON'T EVEN COME CLOSE!!. As soon as we stepped off of the Tram and s into Mandalay Bay it was a breath of fresh air, or I guess I should say a breath of Coconut scented air. Gorgeous layout, great rooms, hot beach, great food, very clean. Too many great things to list. The atmosphere is fun and sparks the romance. If you read a bad review, just ignore it. It probably has a lot to do with the individuals dull personality. We would not stay anywhere else in Las Vegas. Mandaly Bay is the real deal.
