There are no phones or security after a particular hour you are just out of luck as far as communication. Anyone can come on the property at anytime. The christian theme is not a problem for me but the service is very poor some of the staff is okay but most are not friendly and very difficult.
06 Jun 2005 | A Yahoo! Userthe whole thing i think was just ridiculous and stupid, for one the REAL name is the Jamaica Crest for Christ and you don't know that until you actually get to the place. they don't have any images on the internet because they are to ashamed to show the grubby place. more importantly they had NO security so anything could have happend. there was cockroches everywhere you turned. the pool was filthy and i have seen 1 person go in there filthy pool. there are no resturants on site and there is apsolutly no entertainment unless you like a church choir who can't sing and all day and all night all you can here is them, once it was so bad that a man moved in with a baby and had to leave because the baby couldn't sleep.
06 Jun 2005 | A Yahoo! UserShould be called Jamaica Retreat. The facilites are non existent and the quality of staff poor. This is a christian resort, no music and no alcohol, there are no restaurants, but you can order food, and wait for 2hrs for it to arrive cold! It is a lovely place that is run down and neglected. DO NOT CHECK IN THERE
