Beautiful, luxury resort situated in the south of Cancún, by the shores of the Caribbean. Built mostly of marble, Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort has very large rooms decorated in a Greek style; rooms also have a Jacuzzi-for-two and lovely balconies with sea views. There are daily water activities as well as special events. To one side of Moon Palace, is an impressive ecological reserve. In addition, it is possible to book special organized tours to visit the archaeological ruins.

The perfect honeymoon

he facilities are fantastic, the food is great and there is lots of variety.The swimming pool is great always somewhere to sunbathe

Moon Palace not on Cancun beach

This is a great hotel, BUT it's on the other side of cancun where the water is black and waves are like a lake. I felt like I was in Hungtington Beach, CA. Good thing I was only visiting the Hotel because of some time share presentataion that they were trying to make me buy. Stay at the Cancun Palace if you want to stay at one of the Palace resorts. This one is on the hotel zone, right on the turquoise water and white sand. The only reason you go to cancun is for the nice turquoise water anyways.

We expected better for the price!

We were married here Apr. 15/05 and the wedding was everything we asked for. As for our stay there the check in was a little rough because it was not what we requested and all our guests did not get the room that was requested until a few days into the trip which meant switching rooms. The food was getting repetitive towards the end of the week and no reservations for a la carte restaurants, which meant waiting in line or going to dinner early. For the money we paid for the trip, we've gone to better for a lesser price.
