I visited Singapore with a friend in September 04. When we made our booking, we specifically requested for a twin bed room. However, when we arrived, they gave us a double bed room. We called the house-keeping and it took them more than 30 minutes to send someone up to our room to move the beds! \n \nMy friend made a booking at the Spa Centre 2 months before our trip. She even sent a confirmation e-mail to the Spa Centre a few days before the trip. Yet they still made a big mistake and put her into a wrong time slot! \n \nThese are only a few examples. I've visited many different countries and have stayed in many different hotels. Frankly, the Fullerton is a disappointment. If anyone wants to have an enjoyable holiday in Singapore, he should stay away from the Fullerton.

05 Jun 2005 | jodino8I just checked out of the Fullerton this afternoon and i'm very sad as i wish for my stay to be longer. The staff were all very courteous and never fail to smile, the interior was just as astonishing as the exterior, the food was great, the infinity pool was so romantic especially at night and you can at the same time look down and see people in the bumboats waving back at you.I stayed in the Heritage room on the last floor overlooking the Esplanade and the bay and it was really magical.I won't ever forget the wonderful weekend i had at the Fullerton.
