Located right off Michigan Avenue, this hotel is a business traveler's paradise. The goal here is time conservation. Controls on the television adjust the room's lighting and temperature. Amenities include a hair dryer, ironing board and iron, coffeemaker, CD player and T1 Internet connection in each room. A work center, featuring online computers, fax machines, a laser printer and a copier, is on the premises. Of course, all of this does not come cheap, so expect to flex those corporate credit cards.

Good location...but over priced

The location of the Wyndham was nice, a block or so from Michigan Ave. Parking with the valet was expensive! $40.00 for 24 hours. About two buildings down from the hotel was a cheaper parking garage. I recommend finding somewhere else to park if you want to save a little money. The employees were generally pleasant, not out of their way to be nice. Another thing that bothered me was I was charged for eating in my room. Not much, but come on. The room service menu and soda machines are over priced. The room was really warm and would not cool off. I would stay there again only for the location.
