Now that it's summertime, our thoughts have turned to stepping out on that sandy stuff (when it's not pouring down rain). So, time for a round-up of some of our favourite beaches. From family-friendly bucket and spade classics to secluded tropical fantasy island fodder - there's a beach here for every kind of sandy daydream...

Oregan - Point Break beach

Secluded? Check. Surrounded by wild nature? Check. Awesome waves to do all kinds of groovy surfer moves? Check! Those amazing final scenes of one of our favourite surf movie, 'Point Break', were actually filmed at Indian beach in Oregon's Ecola State Park. Vampire fans can get stuck in and recreate key 'Twilight' scenes that were shot here too.
