Auld Reekie!

What an amazing Medieval city. My first night I took the haunted walking tour in order to get my bearings. Very complicated streets, and some of them turn out not to be streets once you get there, but stairwells! Remember the Northern summers, as the sun does not go down until about 10PM! I found my alarm clock unneccesary because the neighbor of my B&B was outside playing bagpipes every morning at 9AM sharp! In fact, you can hear them playing all day from somewhere... The people are friendly, it's affordable and the food is VERY good. So unlike England.
