Trip to Remember

We took the Grand Voyager tour while in Las Vegas and it definitely was value for money. From start to finish the trip more than exceeded our expectations. We had visited the South Rim some years ago but not the West Rim. It was magnificent and the Helicopter trip to the basin of the Canyon and the boat trip were wonderful. I would recommend Papillon to anyone as professional, efficient and of the highest quality. From pick up from our hotel to drop off the service could not have been better. Heather Bovell

Poor papillon

By booking directly with papillon you forfeit any chance of a full refund if things go wrong,a nd in our case they did! They subcontract to a coach firm to take you to the launch pad, by doing this you pay extra. If the ride is cancelled they will rudely give you back 50%, with a lot of attitude. If you book directly for the same trip with the coach company, in our case showtime, a rull refund is given, by friendly / apologetic staff.

Worst Service Anywere! DO NOT GO!

WARNING!!!DO NOT GO ON THIS TRIP!!! We were lied to, held against our will for over two hours in the heat with no offer of assistance while waiting for a plane to return us to the airport after the rafting trip. This occurred on the second day, as our first trip the day before was cancelled due to equipment (read aircraft) issues caused such delays that we missed the connection to the bus transportation. This is only a brief description of the worst trip we have gone on in our life but it is too much to put here. WARNING!!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS TRIP!
