Not to be missed
Luckily the tourist traffic in February is low and getting through security and to the Bell was not a problem. No tickets were required in Feb. and we walked right in. Definitely a big part of history that shouldn't be missed.

It was just 20 years ago that I last saw the Liberty bell. I remember walking right up to it in a little park. Now they keep it in it's own building and because of security concerns you have to go through a security search that's worse than an airport. Take off your coats, your belt, your wallet. It took us 30 minutes just to get to it. But.... I'd do it again. It's the Liberty Bell and it was worth it.

The Liberty Bell is a really great place to visit. Alhtough really is Pennsylvania a beautiful state, but this monument really made the trip worthwhile.
