Great service, Front Desk staff very friendly and accomodating (even when trying to check in at 10am as we did!!). Small boutique hotel but very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Location is superb - walking distance to all major sites. Concierge, Fitness center, and a very hip lounge and restaurant. Worth visiting and highly recommended. Love The Time.

We recently visited the US from Australia and booked the hotel over the net. Even before we arrived the concierge had helped with information on airport shuttles and theater tickets. We were jetlagged on arrival so the bed was very welcome and it was SO comfortable !!!! The staff wre friendly and helful. The rooms wre a good size. We were close to Central Park, Fifth Avenue and less than a block away from Broadway. We would stay at The Time again and recomended it to others.

My wife and I did the long weekend in New York and stayed at the time hotel in a yellow room. We checked in friday and checked out the neighborhood, the location is great theatre, times square, shoping and every subway we needed. The rooms were pretty good size compared to some of the other boutique hotels we have stayed at in New York, the staff was much nicer and we loved the coffee maker in the room and our yellow jelly beans. We only get to New York once or twice a year but will stay at the time again.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. My "suite" was smaller than most hotels standard rooms. The only way its hip and like its younger crowd is in the way they treat people with disdain. Will never stay there again!

I'm so glad I discovered the time hotel! Who knew such a cool hotel existed in Midtown?!!!. The rooms were really cool and modern, but also really functionnal...they had everything I needed to work out of my room...fax, copier, high speed...But best of all, the bed was out of this world comfortable! You'd never think that a modern design could be so relaxing. They even offer a soothing scent that matches the room color. Also, the crowd at the bar was fabulous! Can't believe I got all this for such a deal...can't wait to be back.

For a first time in the city we couldn't find any better place. Just in the middle of Times Square, the hotel made us feel home and everybody was so friendly. We just had to walk out and everything was so accessible. We had a blue room this time. We can't wait to come back and try a yellow one.

Nice Boutique hotel. Great service, sleeping rooms are extremely comfortable and clean and a perfect location for a night on the town. I chose this hotel after a looong research on the internet and would recommended to everybody. One of the ammenities that I very much enjoyed was the complimentary 24 hour fitness center located on the 4th floor. The lobby area / Lounge is very lively at night and the Restaurant serves a great Breakfast buffet. Two thumbs up!

This concierge has the best attitude in the entire hotel. Has alot of knowledge of the city and what is going on. I highly recommend this hotel.

Too interested in being modern and hip, this trendy hotel has missed the mark in functionality. Tiny rooms are offered to you in choices of color and only when you've searched around for 10 minutes to find the reception area.

The Time is a smaller hotel and strives to be super hip. It's fine for a short stay, but is nothing spectacular. The staff has an attitude which matches the atmosphere - cool & aloof.
