Overpriced, not what they advertise.

Overpriced, staff was rude, service horrid. TV was old and furniture (except for bed) was shoddy. First floor room let me hear every truck, ambulance and drunken fight all night. Do NOT believe the website, it is NOT as advertised! No in room coffee maker, no guest laundry (they will clean garmets for about $7 each). Overpriced. Room service menu said they charged $30 for crab cakes, PLUS a 20% gratuity PLUS a $3 "room delivery" charge. I did not order. They charged me $28 a day EXTRA for parking, I discovered this at check out. There are many steep steps up to the doors, I do not know how a disabled guest would get in or out. The only thing it is good for would be adultery. The honor bar is packed with booze so nobody will card your date if she is under age, and they still use metal keys so there are no incriminating electronic locks or card keys. Washington has many fine hotels, go stay in one of them and avoid the Morrison Clark.
