Frustrating and Unprofessional
They lost my reservation and were extremely unprofessional. Weeks later I noticed they charged me for the room! To console the manager offered me a free night which turned out to be a false promise, a frustrating wild goose chase. Please don't give this awful chain your business!

Paramount
I stayed for a business conference. The property was definitely a tired
property, but it told a story and was tastefully appointed. The desk staff
and bell staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. The restaurant
was outstanding, but for a 5 day stay, I would have liked more of a variety
than just Chinese food offered. Room service was expeditious and just as
ordered especially when I was on a timed schedule for meetings across the
street at the other Hotel where the conference was being held.
I
will definitely stay here again as it is good for business, couples,
vacation/getaways. It is walking distance from the waterfront and other
fun places. There are plenty of fun things to do around the area that the
staff can direct you to.
