we will never go back

Overall

one star

no hot water in the evening, elevator malfunction, key malfunction. They show our room to people while we are still in the room (once we were in bed!) without knocking or asking. Strong violation of our privacy (without mentioning that all our stuff was in the room, which make it very unsafe)
