Rubbish

one star

It was truly disappointing. The hotel was dirty and the staff helpfully incompetent. A real let down and past its best.

THIS IS ACTUALLY OFFICIALLY A 5 STAR HOTAL

five stars

SET IN THE POPULAR CARDIFF BAY WHICH IS GREAT ON A SUNNY EVENING. ONE MILE AWAY FROM CITY CENTRE. BEST HOTEL IN CARDIFF
