Overall

I had one mishap after the next at the Hotel Lombardy, and they Assistant General Manager Tudor did not seem concerned about resolving the numerous issues The issues included extensive delay to bring my car to the front of the hotel (approx. 35 minutes with no one else waiting), pancakes that were rubbery and hard, mail that sat in the outbox for two days, and a half a day charge for wanting to go home. This outdated hotel with an elevator that requires an operator, who does not begin operations before 7 a.m. needs an overhaul. Most of the rooms are on the upper floors, and it takes a great deal of energy to go up the steps. I had an unpleasant experience with this hotel, and the service that they provide.
