Great value

three stars

Great coffee and plenty of food at the continental breakfast. Only negative was bathroom faucets were very hard to adjust between hot and cold, these should be replaced. Very good and friendly staff.

The Badest Service Hotel

They could not assist me during the first night with a room with two beds eventhoe I called, ask and paid for that type of room and one of us had to sleep in the floor for one night and the rooms was very small, it was difficult to walk through that room. I'm very disappointed and I will remind this experience for ever and I will make sure to never recommend this hotel

Any other hotel in San Fransisco must be better than this one. We were attracted by the low price, and unfortunately, got what less than what we had expected...bad location and a rude staff. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The best service ever!!!

five stars

For anyone looking to visit SF this hotel is the place to stay!! My wife and I were visiting from NY to attend our daughters graduation & booked this hotel because her University recommendeds it to visiting family members. It's safe to say we were plesantly surprised. The staff is without a doubt one of the best I have ever seen. They are helpful, fun & well versed in the city & surrounding area. From dinner reservations to places to go these guys had it covered. I would recommend this hotel in an instant & will definately be returning!!!
