Took 2 days to provide hairdryer which was supposed to be in room. Took 2 days for them to fix a light which would not go off. Had to request bathrobes which were standard. Towels were thin and small. All lights fused in room - no apology. Although paid for in advance they tried to take over £350 to pay for extras immediately on checking in. No response from Customer Service in Dublin about complaints.

You must stay here before you die

The radisson sas provided me with excellent service , value for money. One must eat at its exccellent 2 star michellen restaurant and then pop into the bar for one of their delicious cocktails, loved the strawberry daiquiri!!! I have to mention the friendliness of the staff who looked after me like a real vip!!! Thanks for everything Radisson Brussels
