lovely hotel
Overall
Visited london this weekend 30th Dec and stayed at this hotel enjoyed our stay. Very clean nice rooms, bit on the small side but had everything that we needed staff were polite and the doorman were always ready to get you a cab open doors for you, a rare treat now a days.? Ten minutes away from oxford sreet for all that lovely shopping but really really busy Would Love to go back to the RoyalLancaster soon i hope. One more thing the in room menu was very very expensive
