I Will Seek other Accommodations

I was totally dissatisfied with the cleaning service. I was there more than 5 days and never was the room cleaned and prepared for me prior to 6 PM. Additional helf should be hired to accommodate large groups.

we stay there every time we go to detriot

We have stayed there 3 time and every time we have been pleased!! The views are breath taking. We went up to the top and had dinner and it is 4 star dining at its best with a view of the water or the city. We tell all our out of town guest to stay there knowing they will have a good experience.

Marriott has comfort and a feel for details we like...

four stars

One more note... we get our gift certificates from an online place that allows us to give to charity. We purchase, they give a percentage of that purchase to ANY charity I select. Oh yeah, it's called www.charity-of-choice.org. They sell over (I think) over 400 retailers that we all know - (ie. Applebees, Lillian Vernon, Macy's, American Airlines). The same is ALSO true with those purchases as well... 5-30% (as they say on their site) go to the charity of our selection when we buy the gift certificates for Marriott and other hotels and all the other 400+ places FROM THEM. So if you like any of the 400 plus locations - you'd be remiss not to at least check the site out. It's the only one I've found that will do that. :) Hope this editorial entices someone to try Marriott and get some funds going to your charities!
