i went to sharm all inclusive. bungalow on the beach. was great. poeple was nice. will be going again

I think sharm was a nice place once upon a time , I was really looking forward to the holiday and well I was disapointed , hotel clean staff nice and helpfull , just found the egyptians horrible , I know thats a terrible thing to say but talk about pushy male arseholes , sexist pigs , when you go away on holiday you expect to be able to relax , then we met one of the tour operators representitives . dont know who he was so chat from irelands , called robert who was trying to sell drugs , and seemed quiet high and drunk himself , being anti drugs I jaut think its a bad face for the holiday operators , great for buying jewellery but beware haggle start a 50% less but it gets quiet annoying after awhile having to haggle , thats my thoughts on sharm

whole sharm - unpolite people, screaming to you on the street in italian or russian , no educations at all waiters at the terraces - unpolite, the level is faraway from civilized resorts worldwide

Would love to go again but not in a hurry

me and my girlfriend stayed at the calimera moderna 4 star resort. mist beautiful place i have stayed in. service is fantasic, all staff friendly and not pushy in shops. but going out the resort taxi drivers and shuttle bus drivers make you feel unsafe and have deals with shop owners in naama bay i hated it we was there for 45 mins they drag you in the shops and lock you in. they will say i have to give you wife something its lucky for them but its a way to get you in (BEWARE) they will lock you in until you basically buy something from them. if your out on excurtions you are very well looked after and no worries about anything. very hot about 44c during the day and 33c at night wont ever see a cloud. food is fantasic in resort but be careful where you eat if you go out they dont have thesame hygiene standards as us. would love to go again but it is a hustlers country if they can get money out of you with you thinking its good will they will be very greedy and make prices up as the go along haggle as much as you can. everything they try and compare to stering as to only have to + or - a 0 on there money to make ours. have fun and hope this helps

Beautiful sea - not much good about the rest.

Manufactured with hords of tourists. I have been to many countries and cultures - the Egyptian people i encountered were mostly arseholes. Harassed to come into shops when you walk down the street and i mean HARASSED! Very pushy and rude if you dont buy anything or wish to walk on by. Taxi drivers try to rip you off everytime. Everyone just wants to get every last penny out of you without a thought of you as a human being on holiday. They would not feel morally bad overcharging you by 10,000% Dont let anyone be your 'guide' and take you round Cairo - the prices double in shops and they get 50% commission. If you leave your girlfriend for 1min when you come back there will be some Eqyptian bloke trying to get friendly. On occasions it didnt even matter that i was there "she has no ring so she is free". Western men are not even allowed to speak to eqyptian women. The hotel was ok. The sea is beautiful diving is extortionate by egyptian standards. Its a beautiful country but a big shame the people are only out to get what they can from you. Would go again only to sit on the beach or scuba dive.

Excellent Holiday

Really good place to go for Holiday. You can find all kind of intertainment, nightlife, hotel service. I've been in Ibrotel Lido. It's great: staff is cheerful, service is amazingly friendly. Great for Families, diving lovers. A must go.

OK if you like snorkeling/scuba diving, forget it otherwise, totally manufactured

Stopped at the Conrad hotel, not worth 5 stars, food poor, very noisy pool area, could have been any where in the world like that. Climate perfect tho' 5 out of 10 for holiday, would not go again

LIKED IT BUT NOT TO RETURN

ALL INCLUSIVE CALAMERA ROYAL HOTEL (ALBERTROS) GRUMPY RECEPTION STAFF, TERRIBLE ENTERTAINMENT, NO SUCH THING AS A COLD DRINK, (WHAT IS AN ICE CUBE?) BEER SERVED IN GLASSES NO BIGGER THAN A THIMBLE, TRIPS SOLD BY "ENTERTAINMENT" STAFF A RIP OFF (BOOK VIA YOUR TOUR REP YOU MIGHT PAY £5 MORE BUT IT IS WORTH IT). OUTSIDE THE HOTEL IS GREAT FULL OF ATMOSPHERE AND THE DIVING IS AS GOOD AS THE BARRIER REEF. DONE EYGPT NOW!

Fantastic Holiday

We went to Cairo first (for 3days) and spent 7 Days in Sharm. Sharm has to be one of the best places to go to in the world. It suits people from all the interests. We stayed in GRAND HYAT HOTEL (5STAR). The service, hotel, view from the room, food, night time entertainment (belly dancers etc), and general atmosphere was absolutely brilliant. It is a must see place for everyone.

fantastic

we recently went to sharm el sheikh and got back a few days ago and it was fantastic. we stayed in the hotel most of the time but all the people were really friendly out there. we also took a flight to cairo one day which our hotel company organised and we had a tour of cairo with a tour group who took us to the museum and to see the pyramids. it was a fantastic experience and it is great for other things to. people were bringing us leaflets advertising camel rides and scuba diving. i cant wait to go back!!
