hygiene at toilet facilities in basilicia/grotto area disgusting especially for disabled pilgrims, toilets smelt strongly of urine and floors wet with urine etc. i had the misfortune to haveto take a disabled person to use the toilet facilities and i would not have let an animal use them. they were totally disgusting and i could not find any excuse for this, especially in a town which is meant to welcome the disabled. not a very user friendly experience for disabled or their carers.

Holy place I Liked but cost of candles,soveniors etc compared to Euro it is high
