Situated in the midst of Delhi ,this place is an escape from the busy city life….A peek into the traditional Indian art. Designed by architect Charles Correa this place retains the essence and look of an Indian village….. its more than a museum… one can watch the artisians at work here…. And their work is also for sale along with display… a good place for any person with a temperament for art

(Report Problem)it was well conceived, has been elegantly executed, bears revitising, does have good specialist exhibitions and resources, and occasional events of real value. if, like me, this is the kind of place you know to avoid, think again. and drop by with some time to spend and hope to happen upon a concert, as i did the first time i finally tripped along. it was desigened by charles correa, notable architect, and is the kind of thing that India does sincerely and so well. it's free, you can stroll in the shade from the center of ND easily ... etc etc.
