Unique Hill Town

San Gimignano is a quiet Tuscan hill town with an incredible amount of character. This small town has a deep history and the architecture is quite stunning. The key streets are closed to auto traffic, so be prepared to do significant walking up and down hilly streets. Most visitors day trip here so the town is organized to take advantage of this. My first exposure to pay public toilets.
