(Report Problem)A beauiful and educational place to visit. The water on the other side of the site is breathtakingly beautiful!

(Report Problem)Wonderful traditional foods and local color- easy shopping. Great tortilla factory, fruit and meat market a must to visit! Nice drive from Casa Caribena for grocery shopping - watch out for cross traffic though. Would go back in a heart beat.

(Report Problem)Granted, this was my first trip to Mexico and I have nothing to compare it to, but if there is a better, more beautiful place than Bahia Principe Tulum, I find it hard to believe!!! The weather, the friendly people, the food, the cleanliness, the pools, etc., etc., etc. - in my humble opinion, awesome!! Yes, the beach is not totally sandy but my daughter and I walked out to the reef without too much trouble and just stood amazed at the fish swimming right up to us. Beautiful. Spent a half day in Playa Del Carmen - interesting and fun. Meant to go down to the beach to take some pictures, but forgot in our hurry to get back to the hotel. Took the trip to Cabo - it was very interesting, but it was a very, very humid day and the trek through the forest and through the Mayan village was rough going. My daughter climbed the ruins but I was out of gas by the time we reached it. My fantastic daughter and son-in-law-to-be took me on this trip as a birthday present. How can I ever thank them? I have no idea!! Not many sons-in-law would want to take their future mother-in-law on vacation, but Craig is a special kind of guy and that's why my daughter loves him! As for the food, the buffet is fantastic, loved the hot dogs and hamburgers when we didn't feel like changing for dinner. Don Pablo's was OK, Dolce Vita was terrific!! We missed our reservations at the Chinese restaurant. We had a hellish time on USA3000 leaving from Cleveland - at the airport at 5:00 am for 7:00 a.m. departure; 11 hour delay - never left Cleve. until 6:15 p.m. and FINALLY checked into hotel at 20 minutes past midnight. Lost a whole day and half of another (recuperating). Not happy about that at all. Would I ever go back to Bahia Principe Tulum? I only pray I have the opportunity!!
