the white powdery sand, a captivating sunset and stunning view to die for

The place was extra ordinaire, absolutely beautiful place , it is very relaxing and therapeutic, I would suggest to visit the puka beach as well, a bit tranquil place and just chill out all day long and nothing to worry about on the other side. I highly recommend it and I still do to my friends and colleagues. Amazing! you keep on coming back , and i still do since 1989 were we still using gas lamps and generators. Smashing!! The only thing that makes me worried about is the continuous, unabated constructing of concrete buildings/hotels it destroy the real beauty , pristine water of Boracay. The true essence of a paradise we call, is to use of indigenous materials available that would mimic the view and not clashing with its beauty. I hope they will put a stop to it permanently to maintain the beauty of Boracay. Apart from that, the food , drinks , sports and frolicks are quintessentially heavenly, stunning experience, abfab. A wonderful place to unwind and recharge your batteries. 10 points overall . Im going back again this May 2008, Iam booked now . see you there!!

Wow What Massages and Sunsets

Just returned from my first trip to the island. Other than the flight cant beat getting a 6 dollar / 300 Piso massage at sunset on the beach. Rooms are good for what you get food is fantastic and the Sunsets wow the best I've seen in years, just a warning when shoping leave the Rain Sticks alone they work made it rane for a day and a half.... Perfect vacation spot.

its paradise!

this is one of the most or in fact the most beautiful beaches ever!....its not that comercialized but it has a homey feel to it..the locals are soo hospitable its like your part of the family...lots of activities to do...great night life..great food! so worth your money...£100 can go along way!

i've been to boracay thrice and hopefully i will be there every other 2 years. there is no place like paradise than boracay.

Boracay is Fantastic Boom Bastic!!! I visit the place for 3 times know and still I will come back. Nice Beach, Kristal Clear water, Nice People, Good food, Plenty of bars, The best time I visits was in June then it is not to much busy the cottage or hotels are cheap and whole day happy hour, Yes some times there is some rain but this is only for 1 or 2 hours who cares. The choice of food is on believable, Japanese, English, German, Korean, Filipino, Italian… you name it is there. Normaly I stay in a Saigon Cottage it is nothing special but what you need is only a bed and shower the rest of the time you will spend on the beach. 1 negative point is that they are building large hotels on the Island and it gets to much commercial This will destroy the image of Boracay, it will look like Costa del sol if they continue like this.

epitome of paradise. :) the locals are so accomodating. everything's affordable. the waters are pristine. the sand is powder white, unlike any other. the night life is jumping too.

I like the island because the sand is the finest of all sands. It's best to try out Puka Beach because it's so secluded and you'll enjoy every moment of playing along the shores...

One of the best beaches in the world

i dont like the part where there is filthy and stagnant water near the beach front. I hope it does not exit to the clear waters of the beach.

boracay baby!!!

beautiful boracay!!! the fine powdery sand will make you feel like walking in a beach of flour, and the sunset! it's so beautiful here i highly recommend this place to everyone in the world who would like to spend time on paradise. nothin beats this place!
