beautiful
I spent five months in Vitoria. A cute town, people are rather cold until you get to know them. Nothing really exciting to do, try the casco viejo after 12 on a Saturday. The new art museum, the Artium, is impressive but with little art of international acclaim. Two beautiful Cathedrals if you're into that.
