Overall

Nottingham is awful. I have lived here for 12 years. It is a generic soulless city. Everyone I have met here is a despicable idiot. There is a lot of crime, I myself have been a victim of it many times. There is a big drug problem- you can't walk down the street without smelling a joint. Most of the nice cafes and things that used to be around have been built on and re-designed destroying any character they had, making them look like a branch of ikea. Awful music scene. Awful art scene (despite the presence of trent University) ((Art institutions are a paradox if you think about it)) Seriously, this place has nothing going for it! there is a horrible atmosphere all round. The attitude of the people is terrible. Don't come here, you will be miserable. Stay away!
