This is one of the oldest churrerias in Madrid. Located in downtown Madrid, near to "plaza real" and the most fancy night clubs of the city is a must stop at any time of the day (they open 24 hours a day) but specially after the long nights you will spend if you stop in Madrid. There is nothing better than some churros and hot chocolate at the dawn of the day, just getting ready to go to bed whilst the others do the opposite.

(Report Problem)This place was awesome, I went to Spain the fall 2003 and was very disappointed at the food selection around the more touristy areas. This place was awesome. You get tons of hot churros that you dip into thick chocolate. Yummy! Make sure you go late night like the Spanish do.

(Report Problem)This is absolutely THE place to go for churros and chocolate. The churros are delicious and the chocolate is out of this world. You walk down a small street across from Plaza Mayor to the Chocolateria. Inside you sit on velvet chairs and couches or you can go downstairs where the ceilings curve above you creating quite a cozy atmosphere.
