My family and I have traveled all over the United States and Virginia Beach is by far the most beautiful. With it's white sand and miles and miles of boardwalk, and area attractions, you never run out of things to do. The atmosphere is exciting, yet safe, and at night you will find music on every street corner. It is blessed with many, many eating establishments, one of the best is Rockafeller's, a seafood place and it's not too expensive either. The lighthouses are something to see and you have to see the "Bridge Tunnel" and don't forget to visit Busch Gardens in Williamburg. The Courtyard Marriott is a wonderful place to call home during your stay. The sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean and you can sit on your private balcony with a cup of coffee and enjoy a view that is priceless. I plan to return to Va. Beach for another week this summer just to enjoy the tranquility of it all. Virginia Beach is my "Gatlinburg (Tn) on the ocean".
