I am not a visitor since I will be here to pursue my studies for 3 years. At first, arriving here and visited some places during my first few months, Belfast has something interesting to offer for visitors and tourists. There are historical and cultural places to be explored, including the Titanic Quarter where Titanic was constructed. The Grand Opera House has always bring spectacular stage productions which I dont miss to watch. Belfast nightlife is not good compare to other cities like Dublin and London since majority of the bars close at 1am. There are package tours available for reasonable prices to explore neighbouring towns like visiting the Giant's Causeway, Belfast Castle, Londonderry Wall and the Mourne's Mountains. Finally, despite the troubles in the past, Belfast has moved on into a dynamic urban centre and the peope are friendly and nice to visitors.
Great for: Hiking/Camping, History/Culture, Theatre/Music
Last Visit: September 2007
