Very good place for whales watching
This place is really nice for people that want to see sea life. It is the departure point for boat trips in the bay to discover the whales, sea lions, dolphins.

I loved my visit to monterey last spring! the air was clean and cool, and the ocean was so beautiful. sea lions were everywhere off the wharf! my only con is that i saw a few bums. but that didnt spoil the feel of monterey! I recommend this city to anyone with kids, married, single, anyone at all!!

Monterey is a beautiful town expecially for the hollidays! like last night my friends and i went to a boat lighting parade it was so beautiful! we also have Candy Cane Lane that is something you deffently have to see all the lights, there is really nothing like it.First night on New Yrs eve is one of the best ways to spend your New Yrs. I know im going this year! Im in My early 20s So I enjoy Monterey very Much, My girls [Friends]and i go to the bars every weekened its nice feeling to know that you can feel comfertable somewhere like we do and if you like dancing mucky duck, and Docs are the bars to go ! personaly i love Docs the bouncers are great and respecful along with the bartenders unlike most places and the d.j. is a sweetheart who will actually play songs if you ask him! well come to monterey im really not doing it justice there are so much more things to do Believe me
