Visit the Iowa State Fair in Des Moines
The Iowa State Fair in Des Moines Iowa is such a wonderful place to go on vacation. My family and I went last summer and we had such a great time! We have put it into our plans for this year and years to come because it is a fantastic vacation for a family to go and spend time togeather! I would suggest this to anyone! I only wish it lasted longer than it does!

Des monies is one of my favorite city.There are many pubs.Lots of option for pleasure.But there are not much mall here.Des monies has very large building and there is adventure land aslso.

I loved the atmosphere of Prairie Meadows Race Track and Casino. Everyone there is so friendly and courteous. The entertainment is great and there is so much to do there. The gambling at the slots is great and the evening entertainment is even better. Overall it is a great place for fun and excitement.

Des Moines is quickly expanding into one of the most popular cities in America. The capital of Iowa boasts all of the qualities you would expect of a large metro area while keeping the comfort you would expect of your typical midwestern family friendly towns. Professional sports are a major attraction with the Iowa Cubs, and the new Des Moines Stars who are hosted by the new Wells Fargo Arena. Whether its nightclubs, shopping, sporting events, big name concerts, or conventions in the new Hyvee Center, theres enough to keep everyone from children to adults happily entertained.

The Iowa Cubs baseball team located in the Greater Desmoines Area, is a great family attraction. Since starting in 1981 the team has grown to a huge fan base. The stadium seats 11,000 fans and has many sky boxes. Going to a Iowa Cubs game is a great family experience. It allows you to spend time with the family as long as get away and relax from your job. The team offers many chances for family days. The Iowa Cubs have started a tradition for many families who cannot leave to go watch the Minnesota Twins or an MLB team. Since being affiliated with the Chicago Cubs, kids have a chance to see the future stars of the Major league, and are able to idol them and go to their games. Overall the Iowa Cubs offers an experience that cannot be surpassed with the area we are located. I fell every family should check out a game.

Attending a Des Menace Soccer game is a excellent chance to be outside and enjoy a quality soccer match. Since 1994 the Menace have been winning matches, making it to the Premier Developmental League National Championships. They hold their home games at Cara McGrane Stadium a local high school stadium. With ticket prices starting at 7 dollars up to 9 dollars, the whole family can come out to the game. If visiting the Des Moines Area I recommend attending a Menace game.

We highly recommend visiting Sleepy Hollow Sports Park if you are in the Des Moines area. It has a wide variety of activities for all ages including the ski resort, banquet hall, par 3 course, bike trails, and a wide range of sports. Activities are seasonal and the park is open year round. A good place for lots of family fun!

Des Moines is a fun and great place to live in or visit. There are tons of attractions for every age and every interest a person could have. The new Jordan Creek Mall has amazing restaurants and stores and is a fun atomosphere to visit. The Des Moines area also has great events such as the art festival which draws in people from around the world, as well as 5 more new events that downtown Des Moines will be hosting this year! I recommend that every person takes a chance to experience the great opportunities Des Moines has to offer!
