romantic atmosphere for me!
carmel is very beautiful, the beaqches are clean and the sand, so white. Very romantic atmosphere for anyone whether yoou are young or old.

SIGNATURE DAY SPA in Carmel on Mission Avenue is the worst spa experience I have ever had!!My girlfriends and I have been to many spa's before and were looking forward to having a good relaxing time. We were first surprised by the shanty look of the building but thought we would give it a chance.Unfortunately the services were not much better.The massage room was cold, uncomfortable and not very private. The Masseuse was rushed, unprofessional and did not give the full time alotment. The pedicure foot baths were not sanitized and washed between clients. The services we received were not the same that we had originaly booked from the internet.I booked a rose petal pedicure and received the most basic of pedicures and no rose anything . My girlfriends were just as disapointed!! I will not recommend this place to anyone!!

From my 1st visit to my 25 visit. I always enjoy coming back to see what has and has not changed. My husband and I walk hand and hand window shopping and enjoying the friendly romantic atmosphere. We always end up at the beach watching the sunset before dinner. Nice get away.

Carmel is almost terminally cute. There are cute little restaurants and shops everywhere, and lots of little art galleries. The clean (sometimes bracing) air from the sea and the smell of the pine trees immediately make one relax and slow down. It is more of a place for couples, kids might not find that much to do aside from the beach (although you can take them to the Monterey Bay Aquarium just fifteen minutes away). It can be cool by the sea, dress in layers!

Overpriced art galleries and mediocre food best describe the feeling in Carmel. Natural beauty on the coastlines abounds!
