(Report Problem)In response to other reviews on this page, the information you receive from
the tour guides at the Reunification Palace is much better and more
accurate than the propoganda that U.S. schools teach to their students. It
was the American war not the Vietnam war. The country was left in its
damaged state by American soldiers not the Vietnamese. The Vietnamese did
not have the fire power or the chemical warfare that the Americans used on
them.
I recommend everyone go to see it for themselves so they can
learn the truth - if their prejudice mind will let them.

(Report Problem)It's an interesting tour, to say the least. Informative, but like most official things in the country, it is not an objective historical account. I'd recommend it for everyone, but history students will quickly see how much information is left out. Smile and nod. The short film at the end of the tour is also some heavy propoganda, but it's better than most movies you are forced to watch on the airplane that got you there.
