Frank Focaccia Rules

This guy makes his own focaccia bread on the premises and sells the most beautiful sandwiches I've ever eaten. There is another little sandwich place nearby called 'Walter' which makes beautiful burgers (although nothing like a normal burger). Frank Focaccia is a nice guy and the focaccia con mozarella e crudo is great. If you're in Parma - get lunch there.
