The Hotel screwed up the billing to my employer for my convention stay because they did not follow directions and waited two months to process. The Hotel finally billed me directly after four months with out even contacting me first. My employer had to stop payment on the check and re-imburse me, but this still has not been resolved 5 months and keeps getting more complicated. The Loews bookkeeping department is difficult to contactas well.It is a shame because this Hotel is nice place to stay.
