The St. Lawrence Basilica is an 11th-century structure which was almost destroyed during the medieval times. Built by King of Bohemia Vratislav II, this architectural splendor is one of the oldest and unique structures built of the city. With beautiful archaic type construction, it is said the this place was originally used in its time as a Parish Church.
