A gambling den once occupied the space where the Palace restaurant now stands, and the owners have taken great pains to maintain its Old West look and feel with a touch of Victorian decor. The menu features gourmet Italian dishes like Saltinbocca al Romana (sauteed veal with prosciutto Fontina cheese), Costoletta d'Agnello (roasted rack of lamb encrusted with mustard) and Crawfish Linguine (crawfish linguine).
