Description

This stunning home is where the Juliette Low founded the Girl Scouts and held many early Girl Scout meetings and adult trainings. Dating to 1821, the house is an interesting blend of Regency architecture and Victorian-style additions. The tour includes a memorial to Julliette Gordon Low and a Girl Scouts museum. Visitors are advised to inquire to confirm operating hours.

Girl Scouts

This is an excelent place for Girl Scouts. I went one year with my troop, and it is an amazing place to see.

Great place for Chicago Scouts

Excellent sight for anyone who is or has ever been a Girl Scout. Also informative for individuals who were Boy Scouts. Mrs Lowe was also related to one of the founding fathers of Chicago, IL. So it was also very informative in that respect. Fun and interesting for everyone

We loved it!

I enjoyed it sooooooooooooooooooo much! My little sister was all excited about going to the place that was the birthplace of the person that created Girl Scouts! I would totally reccomend this trip to anyone that is visiting Savannah.
