Le Cordon Bleu cooking school teaches students at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute to prepare and serve meals. Dinners are booked up well in advance, so call far ahead of your planned date. Three-course luncheons and dinners include choice of appetizer, entree and dessert. The menu changes weekly to give students the most exposure to different cuisines and cooking methods.
