Poor Service and accommodations

Dislikes:
1. room service was slow, took over thirty minutes to bring additional luggage rack.
2. first request for luggage rack-room service staff did not understand what is a luggage rack
3. 333 Coffee Shop-waiters need to improve their skills, request for coffee refill resulted in our setting being removed after we went for a second serving of fruits
4. request for morning paper twice before paper is delivered in the morning.
5. non-smoking room smelled like someone smoked in the room-Hotel says there are no non smoking rooms in the hotel. All rooms contained cigarette ashtrays in the rooms.
6. relocated to another room-further from elevator and poor view from new room
7. did not have our 5 night reservation despite having a 5 night reservation voucher from AAA (american automobile association)
8.front desk promised to resolve 5 night reservation next morning but did not resolve the problem until we forced the issue
9. did not allow us to choose either coffee shops for breakfast as part of the travel package
10. waiters and waitress in the hotel's coffee shops need to smile and do a better job to service the tourist
Would not recommend hotel.
