Jurong Bird Park
Description
The Asia Pacific's largest indoor aviary. The world's largest collection of Southeast Asian birds. The world's tallest artificial waterfall. Need we say more? This 20.2-hectare landscaped park is home to more than 8,000 birds of 600 species. The numerous enclosures and bird shows provide plenty to see, from free-flying falcons in a simulated hunt to parading penguins on a make-believe Antarctic beach. Most spectacular is the Waterfall Aviary, a simulated tropical rainforest housing uncaged African and South American species. Also not to be missed are the South-east Asian Birds Aviary and the nocturnal house.
An ideal and wonderful paradise for those lovely birds to stay and bred. Also for the nature admirers to relax and learn about these amazing creatures. Indeed a well-planned area with good landcapes and lots to offer. An exciting place and a 'must visit'for all tourists and in particular all Singaporeans themselves!Simply facinating and next best to nature.
