West Cork Herb Farm (The), Skibbereen

Rosarie and Kevin O'Byrne run a fantastic Herb Farm just outside Skibbereen in West Cork. Here one can buy cut herbs and potted ones. They use their own fresh herbs in abundant quantities in flavoured oils and jellies: in all, they make four flavoured oils, two flavoured vinegars, five varieties of jelly and some delicious marinades. If you can't make it as far as the farm, many of the products are available in shops nationwide.
