My wedding ceremony and reception
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 23/07/2005
My wedding ceremony was performed at the chapel in this hotel, followed by wedding reception in a large hall. It was great! At the chapel, a divine ceremony was performed, with the music "Ave Maria" played by pipe organ and sung by a school teacher. The hall for the wedding reception was also great, with high ceiling, and good atmosphere. Even after this, I'm visiting this hotel sometimes for dinner and occasionally for conference.

excellent service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/06/2005
I have stayed at the ANA for the last two years and will stay there again in January 2005. The service is excellent and the rooms are spacious. The concierge service can help you find any address in Tokyo( almost an impossible task for non-japanese readers). I always ask for a room facing Mt. Fuji, which in the winter months is visible most of the time. I tend to stay away from Roppongi, which is full of westerners and instead head to Ueno or Akasuka, where the prices are more reasonable.

Atmospheric Hotel
By Bob, 06/06/2005
This was a really beautiful hotel which reminded me a bit of some of the chic W hotels that I’ve stayed at in the states. The colors used, the atmosphere in the bars and lobby, all made for a delicious visit. When it came to my room I felt like it was a bit small, but I’ve heard that that is common for Tokyo hotels. I guess I’ll just have to expect as much (or as little, when it comes to room size) whenever I visit Japan. Overall though, a real choice establishment.

ANA Tokyo - Very convenient
By Roger, 06/06/2005
I have stayed at the ANA Tokyo at least a dozen times in the past 10 years and have found it to be excellent. The service is very good, the location is very convenient and the rooms are very comfortable. If you know the subway system you can get to any place in Tokyo very easily. Also, it is a short walk to the American Embassy and to the entertaining area known as Roppongi.

Service!
By JeffB, 06/06/2005
These guys know how to treat their customers. I was travelling with some folks from our German office. When we were greeted at the reception desk people appeared to assist each of us in our native language - seamlessly without skipping a beat. This continued with calls, later, to the front desk - each of us was greeted in our language without having to speak first. I found this remarkable and really only a small part of the wonderful treatment we received throughout the week we were at their hotel.

ANA Hotel
By Elisabeth, 06/06/2005
Hotel caters to Japanese, but rooms are all Western style. Very well located and in walking distance to the night-life in Roppongi. Has great views from almost all rooms (ask for a room above the 21st floor!)
