Brazil in November

Brazil is a great place to visit all year round, but particularly so for some pre-Christmas sun when the popular destinations such as Thailand are in the rainy season. If you can be flexible with your dates you can pick up a relatively cheap and direct flight which takes around 9 hours (try Thomas Cook or TAM). Otherwise your best bet is probably TAP airlines vis Lisbon. Bahia is a very diverse region, home to huge national parks, great beaches, various religions, capoeira and despite Rio's massive annual event, is arguably the true home of the carnival. The area around Recife is getting pretty touristy with cheap beer, great beaches and superb weather year round. I went a little further south to Salvador and beyond.

Talk about this trip (10)
Brazil is actually one of the nicest places that I have seen In America. Although, it is known as one of the poorest countries in elsewhere, basically, the view is always very hot and very sunny. And some tourists areas around Brazil are open all day and all night long. Darius.

Well i want to put the record straight! I have not been to salvador yet but have travelled alot in brasil their are many many beautiful places!! But the main thing is the people!! They are so happy and alive it wont be long before it rubs off! You cant go to brasil and not love the food which is out of this world there's so much choice it makes your head spin, just like the music! And theirs so much culture. Your best bet is to go to a specalist travel opperator to find whats best for you yhen look else where to book it like here!! South brasil is coolest lovly and green north is hottest!! Natal is great weather all year and good for familys also south!! but the east i think is the best LOOK UP fernado de genaroin (I think the last word is spelt wrong) if you want somthing out of this world its the best holiday you ever had thats a promise!! But i think you will find it hard not to like whereever you go in brasil

I have travelled in the Nort East of Brasil and the experience will stay with me forever.maybe its walking on a deserted beach at sunset and then sipping "agua de coco" or a tropical fruit juice while listening to maracatu in the distance. Or stopping to watch the stars while eating a feijoada. After the meal went down I walked into the centre of the maracatu parade. I took off my shirt and the rhythm entered my soul. Always surrounded by beautiful people who are happy to share a smile or a memory. Waking up in the morning to fresh mango straight off the tree followed by a dip in the warm water and afterwards sipping Antartica while I dry almost instanly and smile. This is the thing about Brasil a smile is always close by....ah meu Brasil saudades
