Great that you were at the Peninsular Hotel, a hotel which has been famous for many years. I remember it very well, when I first went to Hong Kong in 1959, in those days, very different, with rickshaws being used as a means of transport. And no airconditioning. Great photographs.

The photos reminds me of one of my memorable 3nights stay there some 15years ago. As one of your photos shows the afternoon tea in the lo bby was really something I particularly enjoyed with a pot of earl grey with lots of hot milk. And also a dinner in a french resaturant on the 6th floor listening a romantic music played by an American lady was unforgettable. Thank you for rekindleing the happy times. May you have an enduring marriage life.
