Hi Gordon - yes, Kaikoura was a fairly pricey stop during our trip, but when you've saved up for a year, its worth making the most of every opportunity!
Just got back from NZ love the place also went on A Helicopter Whale Watching tour. Well Worth the cost. love Kaikoura fantastic place to relax for a couple of days
Amazing fruit machines and arcades. Not much in the way of COD in the fish and chip shops and was no pickled onions in jars. Heinz ketchup was missed also, if NZ decide to take not of these points i would return again
