This is not the Bookers prize or New York times jesus the journal was simple easy to understand, hey dave & mikey why don't you guys give it a go write something dare you. adjunc1 what are you talking about. I have been to 35 countries and Vietnam was one of the most interesting countries with beautiful scenery and interesting history. The reason i liked the people so much was their ability to be so positive and live for today they don't want to live in the past and just get on with it. They are not bitter and hold no grudges towards the Americans or French they are an inspiration. I would go back for sure.
I thought this blog was fantastic, totallu suited to the young audience that needs to get out there, away from your european package holidays, before reading this blog , i never even considered going to vietnam, its definitely now on my list of places to go. If the people who are negative to this type of casual reporting would actually post something of interest themselves, it would be appreciated. These are not people who have ben sent abroad by conde nast or the likes on gold amex expense cards, they just took time out of thier own holidays to share with people interested. Guys, i hope you post your other adventures too, I for one will read with anticipation. Ignore the haters!
