Romantic get away

The first day in paris ws an eye opener at least, by the time we got to the hotel... which was about 1am the next day we were shattered by the long trip by euro star.
disneyland for me was a total surprise as my boyfriend took me here or the day and i had no idea where i was going. If you have never been here i do recomend going here and spending at least a whole day here... there is so much to do!
the louvre was amazing we did not spend much time here as we only went in to see mona lisa the painting which we recomend going to see.
this was a great place to visit it was a bit nerve racking looking at the traffic go by on the round a bout but to actually expereince the shere size of it and to walk towards it in the middle ofthe road was really good fun.
Im scared of hights but when you are right up at the top you have a magnificant view all over the city of paris. Its amazing a recomend going up to the top and to spend some time on the second floor where you can get abeer sitdown and relax for a short while and look out at the amazing view.

I've been to Paris about 3 times now - I LOVE IT - I love the buildings, the cafe's, the boat down the Seine. I visited all the usual sights, the ET which was good but in summer you have to queue for a while and if hot can be too much but the view from the top is spectucular. I want to go back and see more of the Louvre, saw the Mona Lisa etc but could spend a lot more time and will go back again in the future.

One one trip I went to the M/Rouge and saw the show with a meal which i throught was great - a really good show and food was very good and made friends with other tourists there. On another trip the following year took in a show at Lido which again was very good.

I spent a day on a coach trip from Paris to Monet's house and gardens where you can look around his house and studio and gardens where a lot of his famous paintings drew inspiration from and were painted - wounderfull day, finished of with some locally made cider - very strong so beware but delicious!!

i would want to go paris.....which transport to use to travel in the city?
