CinCin, Vancouver

We have been known to plan entire trips up to Vancouver from Washington just to have dinner at Cin Cin. I crave the Rock Shrimp and Angel Hair pasta, and my husband adores the wood fire pizzas. We've never been disappointed in the food, and the service is always attentive and charming. It's a bustling place, with plenty of attractive patrons (and staff), but you never feel rushed or out of place.

Quite possibly the best Caesar salad I have tasted in my life. The service was impeccable, the waiter charming, and the food deliciously different without being threatening. I forgot that I was on a blind date and had a wonderfully romantic evening.
